EDP Coating
What is EDP Coating? -EDP (Electrodeposition Paint) coating is a process in which electrical current is used to apply paint onto metal fabricated products. The process is widely known for its corrosion-resistant capability, proving to be one of the most important processes in the ever-evolving automotive industry.
At Siam Blackjack Group, we offer EDP coating services for a wide range of industrial sectors such as automotive parts, agricultural tractors and equipment, home electric appliances, metal furniture, and many other industrial products. We currently have three Epoxy-Base EDP lines capable of handling both large and small pieces, with a maximum capacity of 500,000 pieces per day. As environmental safety is an essential part of our company, we installed an environmental friendly wastewater treatment facility to utilize water more efficiently and yield excellent paint quality.

ADVANTAGES
1. High Safety and high efficiency of coating
The Electro Deposited Paint uses a water-based formula to minimize pollution and at the same time increase safety. Furthermore, paint utilization rate will more than 95%
2. Excellent corrosion resistance
Parts that are EDP coated are corrosion resistance with more than 1,000 hours of salt spray test
3. High productive capacity and short production time
The EDP coating process is fully automated and our company has streamlined the metal pre-treatment (ie. phosphating) and EDP coating process, to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time for mass production
4. Uniform coating thickness and good adhesion
Complex shapes can be coated evenly for applications that require coating uniformity across the part. Product appearance is improved as drips and sags are eliminated.
